Refund Policy
Backwater Solutions sells Training Courses, Services for Water Management System and Products, and there is a policy for each as follows:
1. Training Courses and Services for Water Management System
Backwater Solutions Canada does not provide refunds for purchased courses, except in certain circumstances determined on a case by case basis.
Please contact us at info@backwatersolutions.com if you wish to request a refund and we’ll determine if your circumstances qualify for a full or partial refund.
You will be contacted within 3 business days of your initial email. Refunds approved for transactions processed online may take 5-7 business days to appear in your credit card account.
2. Products
If you are not satisfied with our (online products) you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing a request to info@backwatersolutions.com . Please include your online proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your refund request we will notify you via email, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will make arrangements for the return of the products with you, and upon receipt of the products we will refund your purchase price (or part thereof) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Our refund policy is 15 days from the date you first requested a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
